A clear system with a clear starting point

Mastery Method isn't a menu of services. It's a structured pathway — and most families begin the same way: with a conversation. From there, each step is guided, clear, and designed to match what your child actually needs.

Learning Support Call Free

For families who want to understand if this is right for their child.
A free, no-obligation conversation with Kirsty. She'll listen to what's happening for your child, ask about what you've noticed, and help you understand whether Mastery Method is the right fit — and what the best next step would be. No hard sell. Just an honest conversation.

What's included

  • 15-20 minute conversation with Kirsty
  • Understanding of your child's current situation
  • Clear recommendation on next steps
  • No obligation, no pressure
What happens next: If Mastery Method is a good fit, Kirsty will recommend a Mastery Assessment as the next step.

Mastery Assessment One-time

For families ready to understand exactly where their child is and where support should focus.
A structured, teacher-led assessment across The Four Pillars: Thinking, Communication, Learning, and Action. Kirsty identifies exactly where your child gets stuck, why, and what kind of support will make the most difference. This assessment produces your family's first Teaching Blueprint.

What's included

  • Structured assessment across all four pillars
  • Detailed parent report with findings and recommendations
  • Your family's first personalised Teaching Blueprint
  • Clear next-step guidance from Kirsty
What happens next: Most families reach this step after a Learning Support Call. From there, your family can continue with the Mastery Pathway for ongoing guided support, or use the blueprint independently.

Mastery Pathway Monthly

For families who want ongoing guided support, visible progress, and practical tools for home.
The Mastery Pathway is the core of Mastery Method. It keeps your family's Teaching Blueprint current, gives you structured home activities each week, and includes a monthly check-in call with Kirsty so support stays targeted and relevant. This is a support system — not just more sessions.

Included every month

  • Updated Teaching Blueprint — personalised, current, actionable
  • Monthly parent check-in call with Kirsty (15-20 min)
  • Weekly home activity guidance — short, practical, pillar-aligned
  • Access to the parent resource library
Important: The Mastery Pathway does not include 1:1 sessions with your child. Targeted 1:1 Sessions are available as a separate add-on when needed.

Targeted 1:1 Sessions Add-on

For children who need focused, expert-led support on specific clarity gaps.
Sometimes a child needs direct teacher-led work on a specific barrier — task comprehension, written expression, or self-checking habits. Targeted 1:1 Sessions are booked when that precision is needed. They are strategic and purposeful, not an ongoing commitment.

How it works

  • Live, teacher-led sessions with your child
  • Focused on specific Four Pillars gaps
  • Booked per session or in small bundles
  • Recommended by Kirsty based on your child's blueprint
Important: Targeted 1:1 is not included in the Mastery Pathway. It is a separate, optional layer of support — used only when direct expert input will make the biggest difference.

What most families do

The typical pathway

Most families start with a free Learning Support Call. If a Mastery Assessment is the right next step, it produces the first Teaching Blueprint and sets up the Mastery Pathway for ongoing guided support. Targeted 1:1 Sessions are added only if and when specific gaps need focused work.

There's no pressure to commit to everything at once. Each step leads naturally to the next.

Why this isn't tutoring

The Mastery Pathway is a system, not a session schedule

Traditional tutoring sells time. The Mastery Pathway gives your family clarity, visibility, and guided progress — with support that continues between live touchpoints.

Weekly tutoring model

You pay for hours

  • Progress depends on showing up each week
  • Parent receives little or no visibility
  • No structured home support between sessions
  • When you stop, progress stops
  • More sessions = more cost, same model
Mastery Pathway

You gain a system

  • Progress is tracked across The Four Pillars monthly
  • Parent receives a Teaching Blueprint and check-in call
  • Weekly activities keep support active between sessions
  • Family builds capacity that continues independently
  • Targeted 1:1 only when precision support is needed
Practical questions

Choosing the right starting point

Start with a Learning Support Call. It's free, it's short, and it helps both you and Kirsty understand whether this is the right fit. From there, she'll recommend the best next step for your family.

The Mastery Assessment is strongly recommended before entering the Pathway. It produces your first Teaching Blueprint — which is what the entire Pathway is built around. Without it, support can't be properly targeted.

No. The Mastery Pathway includes your Teaching Blueprint, monthly parent check-in, weekly home activities, and resource library access. Targeted 1:1 Sessions are a separate add-on, available when your child needs focused expert-led support on a specific gap.

The monthly check-in is 15-20 minutes. Weekly home activities are designed to take 5-10 minutes, a few times a week. You're not becoming the teacher — you're gaining a clearer picture and practical tools that fit into real life.

That's what Targeted 1:1 Sessions are for. If Kirsty identifies a specific gap that needs direct teacher-led work, she'll recommend it. You're never locked into anything — support scales to what your child actually needs.

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. The Mastery Pathway is month-to-month. If your family reaches a point where you feel confident continuing independently, that's the goal — not the problem.
